What is a DSCR Rental Loan?

A Debt-Service Coverage Ratio (DSCR) Rental Loan is a type of non-qualifying mortgage (non-QM) loan used by real estate investors to help them qualify for a loan based on their property's cash flow, without having to verify personal income. DSCR is the ratio of cash flow a borrower has against the borrower’s current debt obligations for an investment property.
